This latest innovation supports three independent gas sources to streamline the supply of critical medical gases across healthcare environments.

A New Benchmark in Medical Gas Management

The DUPLEX PNP200 is a two-stage, fully automatic manifold with a dedicated port for a third source, such as a LOX tank, air compressor, or standby cylinder bank. Its integrated touchscreen alarm system displays real-time data from all sources for improving operational clarity and response efficiency.

The unit features a newly developed pneumatic shuttle valve, which enables seamless switchover between sources without interrupting gas flow for uninterrupted patient care.

The DUPLEX PNP200 medical gas manifold is compatible with MODBUS TCP/IP and RS485 RTU protocols, making it ideal for integration with modern hospital monitoring systems.

• Terminal unit test points for routine checks
• Pre-installed backplate for faster installation
• Designed for 300 bar, 200 bar, or 150 bar cylinders

Certified Performance and Safety

The DUPLEX PNP200 two-stage manifold complies with the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC, EN ISO 7396-1 (Central Gas Supply Systems), and EN 60601-1-2 (EMC standards). It offers a nominal flow of 200 m³/h, an outlet pressure of 4.5 bar (or 8 bar for Air800), and integrated manual pressure relief valves for enhanced safety.

The PNP200 gas manifold system is available in several configurations with NIST or SS connections. It can be tailored to specific gases, flow requirements, and inlet pressures to suit specific requirements.
